Robert Lollini is currently the chief executive officer and president of BioFire Defense LLC, a subsidiary and proxy company of bioMerieux. Lollini contributes to the board his broad understanding of strategic financial and executive management. Spirent Federal Systems was formed in July 2001 by Spirent Communications as a wholly owned subsidiary and U.S. proxy company.
