The Distinguished PTTI Service Award is presented to recognize outstanding contributions related to the management of PTTI systems. Jennifer E. Donaldson, Joel J. K. Parker, Michael C. Moreau, Dolan E. Highsmith and Philip D. Martzen received the Dr. Samuel M.
